we lost furnace function in the middle of the night thursday. called our provider who came out after lunch Friday and spent 5 hours trying to install an after market blower motor unsuccessfully then said it would have to wait until Monday even though the temperatures were freezing and the techs were very ugly in their attitude. thank goodness I called charles heating who sent a service technician out to see what could be done. he told me the repair options and cost. I elected to have a new furnace and arrangements were made to have it done first thing Monday. this was done and the technicians were excellent, polite, helpful and efficient. I cannot say enough good things about this company and all the technicians who came both saturday and Monday. plus I got a great deal on the furnace and was assured they could fix any problem at any time of day because they always had all the parts for the furnace unlike my prior company who never had parts. and this was all done while I was out of town and my partially disabled elderly husband was left home freezing. Charles cares about their clients and I recommend them highly

I was out of state on vacation and rec’d a call my house was down to 42 degrees (near 0 outside). Worried about pipes bursting, i called Charles. They said they were very booked due to low temperatures, and it was a Saturday. Thanks to Mary Ann she worked magic and was able to coordinate between the Charles Srvc manager and the tech Brandon …the result… the part distributor company actually opened , the guy brought the part to his house… Brandon picked it up, came to my house at.7 pm and fixed the furnace. i truly appreciated the effort to get this resolved on a very busy day! Thanks again!

Charles Heating was great. I purchased a home and wanted to replace the furnaces that were 20+ years old. Got an estimate that week. They came to replace the furnaces and noticed the vents were rusted and replaced those as well. Rich M was the install tech and took care of it all. A special shoutout to Jim Lardeo. I was not home to verify the install and he went back to take pictures as proof of a job well done. I would highly recommend Charles Heating.

Knoal, arrived on time for the service call, and checked the bathroom sink which was draining very slowly. Rather than using a power snake to clear the drain line he simply suggested using Green Gobbler drain cleaner. I purchased that product and used it later that day...the drain now works properly/well. He was quite helpful and I thank him for his recommendation.

Highly recommend Charles for all your HVAC needs. We have had only good experiences with them over the past 3 years that we have been Charles Club members. Matt performed our annual furnace maintenance service last week and was extremely courteous and professional. He was speedy but thorough and took the time to explain everything he did and anything I might need to know about our furnace. I will be asking for him for our a/c maintenance call in 6 months.

Absolute top notch service. From first encounter with sales rep (Mike Charles) to final repair, I felt confident and assured. They made me feel like I was a long time friend or family member, and that's not an exaggeration! I have a new baby and was in need of emergency gas line, and duct work. They came out set my mind at ease. Did the work in timely matter and WAY under budget! Service tech Brandon and his crew were professional and courteous. I was so tied up with the baby that I fell asleep on couch, they did repair, cleaned up and left. I awoke and saw the completed repair and was blown away! I definitely recommend this company. They have a a good culture starting at the top and running through.

After my 25-year old furnace finally quit on one of the coldest days in November, Charles Heating and Air Conditioning was highly recommended to me by my cousin, and it was the best recommendation anyone could have made. The whole crew from the office personnel to the installers and Zack (one of the nice guys) were great and had a genuine desire to help. The installation went quickly, the installers were efficient and left the place clean after they left. The reviews speak for themselves, and you can be assured that you are dealing with great people from a great company. They really ARE the nice guys!

We have called Charles for sump pipe drainage work, a new hot water heater, and for furnace cleaning. We are very impressed with their personnel. They give great customer service and are considerate in respecting the house and the people in it! We are confident that we will receive an excellent completion of the work needed. This week Shawn, sent by David, arrived to fix a leaking pipe. Doing business with both of them was a pleasure and has made us loyal customers. We HIGHLY recommend this company!

I had a Hot water tank installed by Shawn G on 02/25/26. Shawn was very professional,knowledgeable,and respectful of our home.The tank started leaking early that morning and Charles heating was able to schedule us for late afternoon, which we were grateful for. Shawn was the only tech working on the job , and he was very focused in the completion of the job and reviewed the work that he had done with me. I would recommend Charles for all your plumbing needs

Customer service was prompt, efficient and helpful. Our technician, James S. was one of the nice guys. He called before arrival. He was pleasant, informative and explained each and every step. He asked questions and seemed genuinely interested in helping fix the issue. He also left very detailed notes about what he did, both for us and to have on file, in case future issues arise. At the end of the day, our furnace was back up and running, even better than it was before we started having problems with it. A very reasonable price as well. We will definitely be using them again in the future!
